In keeping with my family Mennonite culinary traditions, which date back farther than I can trace, it is my wish to keep those old traditions alive for future generations to enjoy and continue to share. Mennonitefood Voth

There was always room for another plate at our dinner table and quite frequently there was company, be it a friend, neighbor or relative, that would drop by at meal time.

Everyone was welcome!  The dinner table still is and always will be was a place to share good food and for fellowship.

The sharing of traditional dishes has always been part of my younger years  and while growing up, I would hear the women in the kitchen talking  about and share their culinary arts, methods of preparation and recipes, handed down.

Having had the opportunity to  have share dishes and fellowship with many nationalities, I invite people of all nationalities to share  their thoughts, comments and above all,  share some of their recipes and methods of food preparation  which have been handed down for generations.
